The CM Punjab Digital Skills Program, initiated under the leadership of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, is a transformative initiative aimed at empowering 27,000 rural women across Punjab with essential IT and digital skills. Managed by the Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF), this program offers free training, scholarships, and digital tools to help women establish careers in freelancing, entrepreneurship, and IT-related fields.

  3. Learn from Home – 100% Online Training: Women can study from home, removing barriers like transportation issues and social restrictions. The training includes industry-relevant courses, preparing participants for real-world job opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

Women who want to apply must meet these requirements:

  • Punjab Residency: Must be a permanent resident of Punjab.

  • Age Limit: Women aged 18-35 years (90% of seats are reserved for women).

  • Educational Qualification: Must have completed at least 16 years of education.

Selection and Training Process

The selection and training process follows a well-defined structure:

  1. Online Assessment Test: Applicants will take a basic skills test.

  2. Merit-Based Shortlisting: Selected candidates will be notified via SMS or email.

  3. Equipment Distribution: Eligible candidates will receive desktops and internet access.

  4. 480 Hours of Training: Classes will be conducted online by expert instructors.

  5. Final Examination & Certification: Participants will take an online test to receive their certification.

Program Terms & Conditions

  • 80% attendance to qualify for a stipend and certification.
