2. Academic Enrollment: Applicants must be enrolled in the first or second semester of a BS program at a public university or college.

   • BS Students: Must have obtained at least 65% marks in intermediate examinations.
   • Medical and Dental Students: Must have obtained at least 80% marks in intermediate examinations.

4. Previous Laptop Ownership: Applicants must not have previously received a laptop under any provincial or federal government scheme.

5. Conduct: Applicants must not be involved in any illegal activities or have been acquitted in any criminal cases.
